E-mail a deletion request

1. Deleting your DAR GYM account#

This page explains how to delete your account in the DAR GYM app (developer: DAR ANDRE) and the data linked to it, even if the app is no longer on your phone.

Deletion is permanent: the account and data can't be restored afterwards. If you want to keep a copy, first download your data in the app: Profile → Settings → Data and consents → Download my data.

2. In the app#

  • Open DAR GYM and go to Profile → Settings → Data and consents.
  • Tap “Delete account” and confirm.
  • The account and data are deleted immediately. An internet connection is required.

3. By email#

If you can't access the app or your account email, or something didn't work, email support@dargym.app with the subject “Delete account”. Write from the address linked to your account, or include it in the email — we may then ask you to confirm that the account is yours. We'll reply and delete the account within 30 days, and let you know when it's done.

4. What is deleted#

The following are deleted from our server immediately and permanently:

  • your account and sign-in data (email, password, link to Apple or Google);
  • your profile, training locations and targets;
  • programs, workouts, sets, notes and personal records;
  • training limitations and discomfort marks;
  • the diary, wellbeing, sleep, readiness, weight and measurements;
  • nutrition, your own foods and food photos;
  • supplements and intake records;
  • conversations with the AI coach, Coach memory, the “Tip of the day” and weekly summaries, your ratings and reports about AI replies;
  • records of your consents;
  • AI usage limits and records linked to the account.

Data on your phone is removed when you delete the app or sign out.

5. What we keep and for how long#

  • A protected hash of the store purchase (once subscriptions are available) with the AI usage counters for that purchase — 90 days, so the same free trial can't be claimed again with a new account. Without our secret key, the hash can't be linked to the purchase.
  • Subscription event records without your identifiers (once subscriptions are available; product, store, store country, currency, price, time) — up to 24 months, for revenue accounting.
  • A technical log entry about the fact of deletion and its reason, without your identifiers — for the log retention period.
  • Server backups — deleted data disappears from them within 30 days. Technical logs — up to 30 days.
  • Google Gemini request logs (only if you used the AI coach) — up to 55 days at Google, outside our control.
  • Emails with support — 24 months from the last email.

6. Your subscription#

Deleting your account doesn't cancel your subscription. It was paid through the App Store or Google Play, so cancel it there:

  • iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → DAR GYM → Cancel Subscription;
  • Android: Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → DAR GYM → Cancel.

Refunds are handled by the store under its rules.

7. Delete only some data#

You can keep your account and delete some data in the app:

  • food entries and supplements — in the entries themselves;
  • your chat history with the AI coach — “Clear chat history” in the chat menu;
  • Coach memory entries — one by one or with “Forget all”.

We'll delete other records (workouts, diary, body measurements) on request — email support@dargym.app, and we'll reply within 30 days.
